1. Booking and Payment To confirm your reservation, a 50% advance payment of the total tour package cost is required within three days of booking. Booking should be made 90 days before the journey. Please be aware that this advance payment is non-refundable, as it secures your place and confirms the tour arrangements.
2. Meals and Services Throughout your journey, all meals and services are an integral part of the tour package and will be provided at the designated times and locations.
3. Transportation and Sightseeing All local vehicle arrangements for travel to and from sightseeing locations will be handled by us. Please note that where our vehicle is not allowed, the price is to be paid by the passenger. We ensure that you will have sufficient time at each sightseeing location to enjoy the experience fully.
4. Responsibility and Liability While we strive for a smooth journey, please understand that our company is not responsible for any vehicle breakdowns during the tour. In such an unfortunate event, the passenger will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost if we have any extra days, vehicles, foods or hotels. Please remember that all costs related to tickets for buses, flights, and hotels are at the passenger’s own expense unless explicitly stated otherwise in the package details.
5. Additional Expenses During your visit to sightseeing locations, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own meals. It is important to inquire about the package price and all other potential costs at the time of booking to ensure full transparency.
6. Package Changes and Flexibility The tour package is not completely interchangeable. If for any reason, the itinerary needs to be changed, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the passenger. Please note that no tips or gifts will be accepted by our staff.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances Should you need to cancel the package for any reason, a cancellation charge equivalent to 40% of the package price will be applicable.
8. Children aged 3-5 years will have to pay 15% and 5-8 years will have to pay 18% of the package rate. Above the age of 8, customers will have to pay for the full package amount.
8. No Hidden Costs The quoted package price is transparent and does not include any hidden costs.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our refund policy is based on the timing of your cancellation. Please review the following cancellation charges on the total bill:
- For cancellations made between 89 to 60 days before the tour: The advance amount will be retained, and an additional 15% of the total tour price will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 59 to 30 days before the tour: The advance amount will be retained, and an additional 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 29 to 16 days before the tour: The advance amount will be retained, and an additional 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 15 days before the tour: No refund will be provided.
