The tour begins in Kolkata, a city that breathes history and art. On Day 1, you will be welcomed at the airport or railway station and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is dedicated to a spiritual and architectural tour, starting with Belur Math, the peaceful headquarters of the Ramakrishna Mission, where a stunning blend of religious architecture stands in harmony. This is followed by a visit to the Dakshineswar Kali Temple, a beautiful complex on the bank of the Hooghly River.

Day 2 starts with an early morning visit to the sacred Kalighat Kali Temple, a powerful pilgrimage site. The day continues with a deep dive into Kolkata's heritage. You will marvel at the majestic Victoria Memorial, a gleaming marble monument dedicated to Queen Victoria. The journey through history continues at St. Paul's Cathedral (House of Mother Teresa), a magnificent Gothic structure, and the Indian Museum, one of the oldest and most extensive museums in India. As you explore, be sure to indulge in a delicious Bengali lunch.

After with pack breakfast, begin journey to the Sundarbans by local train.

The boat tour will take you through narrow creeks, giving you a chance to spot wildlife like spotted deer, wild boars, and a variety of birds. You may also get to see estuarine crocodiles.

Day 5 is dedicated to understanding the unique way of life in the Sundarbans. A morning walk through a local village will introduce you to communities that have learned to coexist with the wild.

You will learn about their customs, their devotion to the forest goddess 'Bon Bibi' and their traditional fishing and honey-collecting techniques. After a memorable morning, you will begin your return journey to Kolkata after Lunch, arriving back in the city in the evening.

The journey continues to the seaside on Day 6, as you travel to Digha. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and spend the afternoon at New Digha Beach, known for its clean, serene sands. The evening is perfect for a leisurely stroll, enjoying the coastal breeze and feasting on fresh, local seafood.

Day 7 begins with a picturesque sunrise at Old Digha Beach. After breakfast, you have the option to explore nearby tranquil beaches like Talsari Beach or Shankarpur Beach. The evening is reserved for a visit to the beautiful Jagannath Temple, offering a spiritual end to your day.

The final and most majestic part of the tour begins on Day 9. After a day of rest, you will embark on an overnight train journey to New Jalpaiguri (NJP), the gateway to the mountains.

Sunrise & Monasteries:

• Wake up early (around 3-4 am) to drive to Tiger Hill for a spectacular sunrise view over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
• On your way back, visit the Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop.
• Later in the day, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, and the Tenzing Rock.

• Visit a tea estate, such as the Happy Valley Tea Estate, to learn about the tea-making process and enjoy a fresh cup of Darjeeling tea.

• Spend the evening shopping for souvenirs, including Darjeeling tea, at the local market.

Early morning Return from Darjeeling to NJP by car on the way visit Mirik Lake. & Board any suitable train for Kolkata/ Howrah/ Sealdah.
